SmartXX-OS build 3311 and Xbox v1.6 LPC Port Recovery
>> Team SmartXX released a new version of the SmartXX-OS(info).
What's new/fixed:
* Added Special EEprom Repair/Diagnosis Functions
* HDTV Progressive / Interleaced Modes
* Fixed Web-Flashing problem with some Webbrowsers (specially IE 6.x ... Thx. MS)
* Added HotKeys on Startup (Main Menu,
Both Triggers + Y -> PAL / NTSC Switching
Both Triggers + X -> Progressive / Interleaced Switch
* Sorry: We know, lots of people are waiting for the Renaming of the Bioses through Webbroswer. Due to my 30'th birthday + a 3 day drunken period :-) , and the appearance of the 1.6 box, i was not able to test this feature 100%.(But it will come the next revision, i promise)

They also released this picture showing how to recover the LPC points on Xbox v1.6. (note that OS and 'hacked' bioses will have to be updated with support for the new xcalibur chip before they can work on v1.6)

(then give it 20 min cool down time) And who knows what i have broken during restructuring ... SO ONLY UPDATE IF YOU WANT TO PLAY on an 1.6 XBOX ONLY!! and have a standby != 1.6 box around. BTW: The picture of the LPC port recovery works. I found out (later) that the 3.3 volt on the display remain intact even if box turned off. I will investigate this issue later on, but i need some sleep.

ONLY try this new OS if you have a v1.6 Xbox and know what you are doing.
