Eeprom Necessary If I Am Not Logging Into Live?

The eeprom is NOT just for live. It contains all sorts of unique data including your xbox live validation key, region info and hardrive key. You need that key if you want a new hd otherwise your xbox boots into a nice error screen.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh I see. I thought it was JUST for Live. Thanks Krayzie.
