I had a similar problem when using the Unleashx dashboard on my softmodded xbox. I corrected it by:
1st FTPing the E:Tdata & Udata folders to my PC.
Next I deleted everything within these 2 folders. Rebooted my xbox and games would now boot just fine.
I then ftp'd these folders back onto the xbox being sure I did not overright any files that had been created after the reboot.
All games worked just fine after doing this.

You might give it a try and see if it also works for you!!!

My friend just dropped it off, and now that we're going thru it, when we go thru file explorer in the avaluanch app, beside drive F and G it says:

f Err 3
g Err 3

Is it suppose to say this?

Did you install a larger hd with a F and/or G partition?

Looks like you just need to disable the F & G partitions in you Avalaunch dashboard. I can't help you there as I've never used that particular dash. This should have nothing to do with your games not booting however. Have you tried my suggestion yet? And did it work?

It should be under a "Settings" option, I'm guessing.... and I've had to clear my gamesaves, even if I had to hotswap when I had a M$ dash. Right now, that's all I've ever needed to do besides clearing the cache.
