Help With Ndure And Wd 320 Gb Hdd

hey guys i Softmoded an xbox today with Ndure and Xboxhdm. the mod on the orig. HDD is working but i want to install a 320 gig hdd. I was reading in the Ndure tut to ftp my eeprom my C and E drives from xbox to my pc. i did this no probs. Then made my ISO with xboxhdm. booted my pc in dos pluged in my new Hdd and made a new xbox drive from scratch. once HDM finnished i pluged the HDD in to the xbox and all i get is xbox and M$ logo what did I do wrong?

Did you use the backup feature in unleash then FTP it into the eeprom folder in endure?

Did you lock the drive before putting it into your xbox?

I have a question...

Cant you install the softmod again in the new hd.....
its detected in xbox...right?
