How To Video's On Hotswap/softmodding.

What can I say I am more a visual type person. I read someone mention videos on how to and etc. I been on youtube for the past 30 mins trying to search some How to Hotswap and INSTALL a xbox dashboard(softmod it). All I keep comming up with is Halo 2 crap on how to load up mods. Does anyone know of some good sites or have links to some videos? I am stuck I almost got the CD done and not sure how to do the Exploit part. (I have no memory card). I read the guides just I don't want to use Roach's NDURE i want to use Krazies but not sure how.

 

WELL anyway anyone know where are some good how to videos at?
