Softmoded my xbox with hotswap, xboxhdm. swaped to a 250gb disk and it
works fine until, i leave the xbox powerless for a time.
error 21 shows his ugly face. It has happened 2 times, 1 keept it without power for 1 night, secound time, a couple of hour in the car on my way to vacation.
hope someone could help me here.
i just re-do the softmod, and everything works fine again.

with the hotswap method, when the xbox loses its time it goes to the MS dash and makes you set it. Sounds like your MS dash is corrupt

Thanks for the answere, now that i know what the problem is i guess it will be easyer to search for the sollution.

could anyone point me in the right direction here, cant seem to find any info on how to fix corrupt ms dash that gives me the error 21 when powerless.

Just replace it with a newer/same version of the dash. You can grab it off a slayers install disc or I think of off 'the usual places'? (might be wrong, haven't been there for a while).
