Hi everyone.

Just today I tried softmodding my xbox using the font's exploit. I did everything using the program hdd drivers. However, when I went to try my xbox and see if it worked or not, the xbox wouldn't boot to the dashboard nor would it boot a game. It just freezes when the microsoft logo appears. I tried inserting a game and the game wouldn't boot also.

This is what I want to know:
Is my xbox doomed??
Can I still hotswap or will that be impossible since the microsoft logo freezes
Is there a way to fix the problem without using xboxhdm (for some reason it wont boot from my pc).

Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

ok now i solved the game not being able to boot but I still cant boot into the microsoft dashboard. I get no service error codes. Its just frozen there.

Easy. Just look for slayer's auto installer iso and burn it. will auto install files for you

But how can I do that if my xbox has no mod in it and if my xbox isn't softmodded.

haha need your help mine does the same thing, cant get the game to load if i could i bet i could fix it

well like I mentioned at first it wouldn't boot a game or microsoft dashboard. I remembered that I had a backup of my hd so I restored it and now it would boot games but it wont boot microsoft dashboard. After some research i found out that my dvd drive is faulty. Although im still looking for answers.
