I installed a softmod using the "ndure softmod through xboxhdm" method. After the mod, my xbox worked great. I've had it for about a year now and I notice after playing a game my xbox froze and I can't boot into the "Unleash" dashboard without getting the frag. I can boot into the orginal dashboard but while in the dashboard it runs extremely sluggish.  I thought about doing a reinstall the exploit but I would rather not loose all the info I have saved on the hard drive. Putting all my games back on the drive would be a drag.
So, what I'm asking is what would be the best way to get my xbox back to running the unleash dash.
