Sorry for double posting but I have the error message in front of me.

There is a skull and crossbones at the top. It says error 22 dashboard xbe not found. cant find e dash default.xbe and evoxdash.xbe.


Press A to reinstall dashboard from a backup

Info: ShadowC is unmounted due to this menu being active by the press of "A" It will reinstall dash installed on the soft mod menu. If you had dual boot where it loaded from e dashboard, please use the "DISC" to install dashboard to that directory.

For the love of God please help. Thanks.


BTW, I can play normal and backuped games, but their is no real dashboard. Upon ejecting the disk, it goesback to the error message.

just curious, what does it do when you push A ?

if its what it sounds like, maybe just have to burn a dashboard to a disk and hit A?

i dont mess around too much on softmods, sorry.

Since you have an e22 it means you used SID's Knave, which is crap BTW. You said you can launch backuped games. You should be able to use AID to fix things. Since SID's softmods aren't supported here you probably won't get too much help with it. I'd refer to the AID manual or their forums, as they have an entire section of their forum dedicated for e22, lol.

Next time use a better softmod (Krayzies Ndure). And you should know you can coldboot games and play them on Live with your softmod (so you never needed to uninstall anything).
