Pal Games On Ntsc With Krayzies 1.1

Any reason why a PAL game would not work on an NTSC modded xbox using Krayzies 1.1?  The game boots but there is no video (there is audio).  I tried changing the video settings in UnleashX with no luck.  Could it be the TV or the game itself???
