Audio Hack

I've been using the old audio hack for a couple of years now and would like to update to UXE or similar so I can dual boot to XBMC and the M$ dash. I currently boot to evox 3935 through the audio hack and PBL. I got Krayzie_SC-NTSC_UXE_Installer_Dutch-English_v2.8 and uxe-complete-v0.2.2. I have read through the forums but still am unclear exactly what I need to do to update. I can get FTP access easily. Should I simply FTP the uxe-complete-v0.2.2 files over following the instructions in the readme, or with this not get me dual boot? Do I need to delete certain files from the audio hack first? I have the impression that UXE boots direcly to a non-M$ dashboard when the xbox is turned on and to the M$ dashboard when the eject button is hit if it set up right. Am I right? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
