I'm afraid you have your methodology messed up.

Ndure is an exploit that loads a dashboard like UnleashX (or others).  It is the foundation of your softmod (this assumes you are actually using it, mind you; you may have an old UXE mod for all I know).

What you need to do with a softmodded Xbox is just coldboot your games.  

Turn the Xbox on with the game in the DVD tray and it will boot, never giving the exploit a chance to kick in.

Then you can go on Live.

Do people research things anymore, or just softmod on a whim because a friend told them it was cool?

thanks for your help.... i did try looking and found awnsers that didnt apply to me, your site is to big lol (which isnt a bad thing) so with the game already in the tray i can get on live. ok thanks again, just as a final question though, is there anyway to get my hard drive back to normal or restore it?
