!hd Wiped Out And Locked!

well I thought I had it fixed I hot swaped again and got my backup to work this time but then I managed to delete everything on my primary master c and e.
dont ask I dont know.
so like an true idiot, I shut it down and started over to no avail it wont boot so it wont unlock.
what realy sucks about this is I build networks and server units for corps and I have never felt this stuuupppiiiddd

well I realy am lost now. so I guess my quistion is can some one tuder me please or should I just chunk it and start over?

you can still hotswap, but the timing is more critical now
disconnect the DVD power cable it may help

yea i read that in another post and it worked now all i need to figure out is how to use xboxhdm and slayers to reinstall
