Xbox Won,t Boot

hi guys im new.ok my problem is i had a n xbox giving error 16 flashing red And green i believe.so i did some reading and did uxe-complete-v0.2.2 .the thing is that it resolve the error 16 ,but now it wont boot it stays stuck at xbox microsoft screen.
                                                             please help me im desperado,lol
