The one like krazye's. But dont install any bios or anything. Include xbox dashboard in there, copy the dashboard to shadowc.

Load the boot disk, run E:\ndts\default.xbe ( using file browser). Now delete, C:\shadeowc\shadowc.img. That should get rid of the black screen. But before you do that, after it loads to to black screen, try an IGR ( LT+RT+BACK+START). If it boots to unleashx, run E:\ndts\default.xbe and delete C:\shadowc\shadowc.img. Problem is , nkpatcher is trying to fix teh clock but it cant find proper ms dash to fix teh clock.

you can boot cd-rw and dvd+-r/rw. Quickest way is to delete the shadowc.img file. You can also hotswap and delete the shadowc.img file.

what is the easiest way to disable clock check? Can you explain it to me a little more? It seems like the best and least complicated out of all 4. I'm not sure, but I think its mainly just this one problem because the xbox was running fine before I unplugged it.

ok then
to disable clock check you would have to recompile NKpatcher
OR
use the runtime config file in the root of E:\ with clock check off

BUT the easiest thing is to hex edit the ernie.xtf in C:\xodash and replace it
then if ever it is unpluged and the MSdash is not working, wait 15 sec
then reboot and it will pass the clock check

BTW the clock check is a nice feature if you xbox stays unpluged most of the time
as some game dont work corectly if the time is not set

Ok I got it to load to the dashboard now (with an IGR). I ran E:\ndts\default.xbe but I can't see the shadowc.img file in C:\shadowc folder after going to File Explorer.

Good
FTP the shadowc.img (from the NDURE 3.0 pkg) to it then reboot
then C:\ drive should be blank (don't use NDTS) fill it with a orig MSdash

So then the MSdash will load with the eject button and UnleashX will load with the power buttong right?
when all the files are correct but it sounds like there is still somthing wrong with the files
as long as you can FTP using the NDTS or a gamesave you can replace the real C:\

xbins does not host the MSdash files

maybe you should start over with the NDURE-3.0 PC installer and get the MSdash files from Slayers2.6
when your all ready there should be 496MB(520,784,314 bytes) 243 files 36 folders in the C:\ folder on your PC

if the count is incorect please someone corect it, as the files i have are some what old

As xman954 stated, it's not included in NDURE, and it's not in the Usual Place, but it should be included as an update on plenty of recent games. It's also on Slayer's Disc.

I have ftp access now so is it possible to just clear the C drive files on FlashFxp on the xbox and add the new Ndure 3.0 files right onto it?
thats what i would do WHEN i know i have ALL the files NEEDED to install to C:\  (i use a "master C:\ image" to softmod, allways works for me)

when you get slayers2.6 it will be a X-ISO so extract the MSdash files from it

I got Slayers 2.6 now and extracted it. Sorry if im being annoying by asking so many questions, but which files are the MSdash ones I need (from Slayer's),and where do I put them, I have created the Ndure 3.0 folders (C and E) again on my PC. By the way, so far the C drive is 364 MB, 37 Files, 18 Folders. Am I on the right track so far? Again, sorry for the nooby questions and thanks so much for the patience.

you take the files from "system\all\c".

Create a folder called C. Now put the C drive files in there. Lets say you have a folder called TEST and created a folder "C" inside TEST folder. Now, in ndure installer, sleect your desired components and as a destination choose the folder TEST. That woud take care of everything.
