ok, so for various reasons i can use xboxhdm. i cant burn a cd right now, and i dont have a floppy. so i installed a softmod to my original xbox, worked great, now im trying to set up a new hdd i bought, i tried using chimps but since its a 1.6, the screen goes nasty and i have to telnet into it. when i do telnet into it, it says wrong port so i telnet with the right port and it goes to a blank screen. i cant type or do anything else. anyway if anyone knows how i can do this, please let me know, i wouldnt mind trying something else, but xboxhdm is uncessarily difficult and i dont have a floppy drive.
