I have Ndure 3.0 and it's working fine.
When I press the power button, it boots to unleashx.
However, when I press the tray open button, it boots to xbox live dash.
How do I change it so that unleashx is launched when the tray open button is pressed?

you can allways use the runtime config file...
to change settings of NKP11_U02
also you can shorten the bin file so the orignal path's will not change..(the option's are first, look at source code) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Yes, that's what I needed to know.
However, a new problem arose.
My C drive is empty!  There's nothing in the C drive.

That's your virtual C ... as an alternative to using the Ndure Toolset's "red LED mode" to access the real C (per the linked thread):

a file in the root of E named shadowC_off.bin will toggle the softmod to access the real C next boot ... renaming /E/shadowC_off.bin (or deleting it) toggles back to the virtual C.

Hey Ndure protagonist, the method suggested by your link didn't work.  I tried it several times, without success.
Also,... when you launch Ndure 3.0, you have the option to UNCHECK "Default boot xonlinedash console", and the description for it is "Boot xonlinedash console at open tray".  That didn't work either.
By the way, I wiped clean (formatted) C & E and reinstalled Ndure without shadow C and now the contents of C are visible.
Hey xman954, I downloaded NKPatcher11_U02.zip and looked at config_runtime.inc, and I have no idea what to do.  Do I comment out some stuff?

ArcticWolf; it sounds like your setup is incorrect ... if you have suitable ftp access, I suggest you do this to remedy it (then the extra step I linked you to):

also the dash boot path's are in this order (if it cant find one it will look for the next, you can change them if needed )
1. F:\dashboard\default.xbe
2. E:\dashboard\default.xbe

4. the rescue dash

run the make_runtime.bat
then FTP the NKP11_config.bin to the root of E:\
