Yep, that's it. The installer will walk you through the process, it takes a couple of minutes at most.

Once it's done, make sure to connect to the xbox via FTP from your PC, and save a copy of your eeprom backup (E:\backups\eeprom) to somewhere safe. Preferably several places safe. eeprom.bin will make it really easy to recover from any future screwups (ndure is very safe, but things can still go wrong if you mess with it quite determinedly)
