Editing Ude Pack

I currently do softmods using the UDE -UDE2 command in xboxhdm. I was wondering if it was posible to add more dashboards to the list when it asks you wich one you want to use. If not, I would like to know if its posible to add newer or edited version of the EVOX dashboard. If this is posible how do I do it.
