I softmodded my buddy's xbox. The hdd was softmodded and worked fine. Then he bought a new upgraded hdd and we were going to install that. Everything went great till i put his hdd in my xbox. My xbox is chipped. I put it in there and it came up with a error 13. Yes i know its a dashboard problem. So i booted up slayers 2.6 and i noticed that slayers read the hdd having 0 memory in each partition. That's F,C,G,E. All partitions come up with 0 memory in them. I can install things using slayers but nothing really works after i installed it. I tried sifting through with ftp and it wont let me delete or add things into partitions even tho i see a D partition with what looks like the softmodding software used. And now i've tried booting my upgraded hdd i've been using for over a year and it shows up just like the upgraded hdd that my friend bought. Both show up with no memory in the partitions. But i put his retail hdd in my xbox with the softmod working on his retail and it works no problem and even shows up in slayer with memory for partitions. And no the upgraded hdd's dont make clicking noises like they are dead or anything. And i did not reformat my hdd. When i load my xbox up my bios loads fine but it gives me the error 13 for both upgraded hdd's.
