ok it's super easy if you already have a modded box. just get a game (SC/MA/007) and download the ndure installer for the particular game. copy the gamesave files to your modded xbox via ftp, then put them on the memory card using the msdash. now copy the save files from the mem card to the unmodded box (using msdash) and boot the game. i just did this myself last week and it's super easy.

the game can't be on HD of course, since the box you're softmodding can't read games off HD yet. you'll need a real original game disc (i got splinter cell used at a gamespot for $5).

I've got xploder for xbox could that come in usefull

unzip the exploit
burn it to a cd-rw or dvd-r
use a file manager to copy it to the modded xbox HDD E:\UDATA\
then use MS dash to put it on mem card

transfer save to unmoded xbox get game and run
