Please Help I Beg Of You.

I have been working on this since 10 this morning it is now 11:13 at night. I"m using XBHDM to try and restore my xboxdrive. I have tried everything I seem to be able to unlock using the floppy but the cd never wants to work. Also once it is unlocked I try to use the hddisabl command and it recognizes the drive but gives me the error of Device NOt REady. Can someone please please help me. I"ve downloaded and read through tutorial by tutorial. I really could use some guidance I have a feeling I have either a overlooked small details or b screwed up my xbox any help is appreciated.
