Alright guys just in the process of doing my mates xbox this will be my 5th  and i have never come across this problem, When i boot up the xbox just frags no display nothing i have been trying to sort it all weekend and i am at the end of my tether now. Anybody come across this before its a 1.5  chip and a 1.5 xbox....  I have scrapped the Do point but no luck PLEASE HELP!!!!

Some one posted it's because of bad LPC-connections. The pins are extremely sensitive, so adjusting the d0-pin could dislocate the other ones.
I'll let you know, when I found a solution.
