Softmod Error Unrar Failed

hey im up to the part of the softmod process where it says install softmod, once i click yes it starts but i get this error after a few seconds error Unrar failed "E\Apps\Dvd2XBOX\acl" Error Code: 0 please bro i need help on this one i would greatly appreciate any help on this one. thanx to whoever responds!
