Help - In The Midle Of Hotswap Process

Hi all!
i have a big problem (i think), i was following daddyj's tutorial about hotswapping using xboxhdm 1.9 and uxe 1.6 - my k is 5838 and my d:5960
The problem i encounterd is that after a few unsucsseful swapping tries - i started the xobx and i didnt get the little white MS at the bottom...
why did this happen - any thoughts?
