No Video/no Audio What The Heck Happened?

Ok I've softmodded several Xboxes and this one is no different.  I did this one months ago and has been working without a problem.  Yesterday my roommate was playing FlatOut-PAL off of the hard drive for about 15 minutes or so.  It finally froze on him and he went for a restart.

The Xbox doesn't come alive at all.  No video, no audio.  The screen twitches when you first push the power button but that's it.  I can't get FTP access to it either.  It seems like it doesnt' go past the power on phase really.  Some help would be appreciated if you guys can manage it.
