try deleting the shadowc.img file from ftp.

It won't copy over because your trying to copy a 500MB image file to a drive that's got 288MB, this doesn't guarentee that it's working, what your trying to do would fail on a regular drive.

If your looking for the real C:\ drive (now mapped to G:\) through ftp, you need to enable G:\ drive in your dashboard settings.
