Hdd Lock-unlock Tutorial

Where can i take a tutorial about HDD lock-unlock?
I would know difference beetwen HDDkey, HDD psw, eeprom.bin ecc ecc.

This is my problem:

Can i lock-unlock original HDD of a unmodded xbox with the calculated password I read in liveinfo after hotswap?
