good news, I use uxe complete with hotswip harddriver softmoded my xbox last night. The only problem i have is that I can not backup my C, the xobxhdm say there is not enough space on my driver, anyway I mangered to copy C to E driver with xbrowser. When I use xboxhd with option 2 rebuild C, I can format C but when  xboxhd try to copy C from CD, it say that file is not avaliable. I am thinking I mess up my hard without anything on C. But I use xbrowser to copy the C folder from CD to the C harddriver. after reboot, oh, god, it works. someone please let me know did I mess up my xobx
