you need an original game to get access to the xbox. there is no other way ( other then hotswap or chip)!

nope, if you've got 007:Agent Under Fire, Mechassault or Splinter Cell, you can use a usb stick with converter, a action replay or mega-X key, or something alike it to load a gamesave exploit onto your game if you really don't want to open your xbox.

You don't even need to buy anything to do the hot swap method, as long as you already have a cd burner, which I would say most people do.  It took all of 30 minutes to complete, between reading and re-reading the docs and performing the mod.  Worked perfectly the first time! smile.gif

talon4x4, what do you mean about you only need a cd don't you need all the game saves to start the ftp bit so you can soft mod.
My problem is i cant get the gamesaves onto the xbox cause i ain't got any thing to put it on except blank cds/dvds and dvd/cd copier and the other thing is that i don't want to open my xbox up but after that i am ok because i have the leads to connect my xbox to pc and everything through ftp and the programs.

listen if you don't want to open it your only option is to use a gamesave exploit. there are no super bootdiscs that'll do the trick

there is no otherwise. Is it really that hard to believe. Think about it....if we had bootable installer discs we wouldn't even need to mod anything now would we?

The very first splinter cell game.  Seriously, it's only like $5 at gamestop or gamecrazy.  Not a whole lot of money there.
