Halo2maps Update With Hdd Signed Xbe?

just a thought this disc will hav to be saved to hdd and run so it could be handy but then again im thinking M$ hav learnt from there mistakes and wont let any thing else slip, plus thinkin about it we dont even need another hdd signed xbe as we hav 1 that works on all xboxes lol.

another Q but its not meant for here but u lot probs know more about the xbes then most sections. if i back up my disc with the maps and stuff will it lose the hdd sig? as in if i get a new xbox and say lost my retail copy of the maps cd would it still work on live =) i dont hav live i just wanted to know.
