Also with Itools, do you have to extract everything in the whole folder like, dual_boot evox and boxplorer? unsure.gif

oh you crazy auto installer people...

well personally i'd have to say that blackwar's is currently the best for the "i don't feel like doing shit to get this thing working, but i want it to do all of the basics" type of person. it automatically sets up a virtual C drive with a working copy of the MS dashboard (so no, you don't have to do anything yourself).

i wouldn't use Ltools anymore (please note, L tools...made by L dots) not because it's a bad package, but because it hasn't been updated in quite a long time. due to a lot of fairly recent advancements (it was a very merry christmas time thanks to rmenhal and company), it is lacking most of the new bells and whistles.

i haven't really looked over many of the other new installers from this auto installer explosion.  i assume they're all pretty good too, but i know a lot require you to set up the virtual C drive manually, which is where a LOT of newbies get painfully lost.

My autoinstaller uses multiple dashes.. I figured this would be a good feature to prevent noobs from destroying their softmods while trying to install a new dash.. Currently has autoinstallation support for evox, unleashx, avalaunch, and UIX..  It also incorporates a UEEE switcher incase you don't own your exploit game..  The biggest flaw with my installer is that it infact does more than what you need, so it may appear more confusing than the others..  Thats why I'm considering breaking it up into a normal build and a 'Spoon-Fed" build..

What if we mod too many boxes to wanna do each one by hand and we design our own autoinstaller manually to rapidly mod boxes to our personal liking..  Are we real men?

No, because if you're in that position chances are you're charging people for MS's copyrighted code illegally. That just makes you a long list of expletives.

BTW, no copyrighted MS material is needed to perform a softmod except for files that they have every right to access themselves through the XBL server..
Not even linux distro's are free as a package deal..smile.gif

Starts with friends, then they have friends, then those ppl usually have friends too..  Charity has to end somewhere..  I mod alot of boxes free of charge, but if I don't even know your name why would I risk tampering with your xbox unless I was getting something in return..  It would suck to damage something and have to replace it..  And the risk does exist any time you open an xbox..
I'd feel guilty too if I took their money simply for running the gamesave..  Even though I did put a fair amount of time into it so did lots of other ppl before me who haven't asked for a dime for their intellectual property..
