well personally i'd have to say that blackwar's is currently the best for the "i don't feel like doing shit to get this thing working, but i want it to do all of the basics" type of person. it automatically sets up a virtual C drive with a working copy of the MS dashboard (so no, you don't have to do anything yourself).
i wouldn't use Ltools anymore (please note, L tools...made by L dots) not because it's a bad package, but because it hasn't been updated in quite a long time. due to a lot of fairly recent advancements (it was a very merry christmas time thanks to rmenhal and company), it is lacking most of the new bells and whistles.
i haven't really looked over many of the other new installers from this auto installer explosion. i assume they're all pretty good too, but i know a lot require you to set up the virtual C drive manually, which is where a LOT of newbies get painfully lost.
