The only thing I can think of is to put your HDD back to retail condition. That might fix it. (it did for me, although I didn't reflash the eeprom with another eeprom)

You will need either a modchip or a cable to reprogram your EEPROM, which costs about $5 in parts. (Soldering required.)

If the Xbox is still unoppened, and fairly new (1-2 months) since you bought it, you can ask for a refund and get a brand new one.

Thats the nice thing about exploits, you dont need to open the xbox to mod it. smile.gif

Unfortunately, it is opened (added a 120 GB harddisk).

Well, I made the cable. Now, my Xbox turns on, flashes orange while the fan turns on high, then reboots three times, then shuts down completely. It stops when I remove the cable from the LPC. What could this mean?

Oh, forgot to mention, if my USB ports, HD and DVD drive aren't plugged in, it waits at the Xxbox logo, then gives an error 07. If they are plugged in, it shows the MS logo for a few seconds, then back to the yellow crap on the top of the screen.

Do I need to rebuild the LPC for this? 'Cause If I connect it while it's off and power on, it'll reboot 3 times while flashing orange. If I connect them when it's on, it sorta detects the presence and flshes orange and turns off.

I made the cable by following the schematics on the I2C site, and it seems to correspond to that. However, what am I supposed to do with the header, connector, and 16-wire cable?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm really a n00b attempting this (as I was when I flashed the EEPROM in the first place...)

Yes, yes and yes, unless the SDA and SCL have to be grounded, everything is fine.

Made some progress, I figured out that the NPN's weren't properly placed. Now, the Xbox boots. However, is it normal that the light is blinking Green-Red?

Also, The PC doesn't seem to be able to read or write anything. It is in Windows API.
