i'd say that the single biggest advantage of this installer is that it loads a shadowc image and then copies your stock C drive to it. when you reboot after the installation, you already have a shadow c drive running with all of your stock files. this means newbies don't have to mess around with shadow c drives anymore which is good because in my experience...most of them screw up...
it also has a lot of security checks in it, but i've looked at waffletools and his certainly isn't unsafe y'know? so it's not really a huge advantage.
i think right now the biggest improvement this installer needs is MA and SC support.
