Installing Nkpatcher 10 Into Ude Exploit?

I have a version 1.0 xbox 4043 kernel with a UDE exploit installed. What is the easiest way to install nkpatcher with a virtual eeprom and shadow c drive? I just want to ftp all the files in. What files need to be removed and what files need to be added? Is there a better tutorial than this one? http://www.jacobmp.d..._and_eeprom.php
