How Do I Get Evox On The Ar?

I downloaded the Splinter Cell EvoX zip file, but when I drag it to AR it says it's invalid. I asked a friend to try it with his AR and he has the same problem. How do I get around this?

I've tried UXE, but it freezes my Xbox whenever I try to load the checkpoint in Splinter Cell. It detects both saves on my hard drive correctly, however.

What other alternatives to these do I have? I also tried Softmod Deluxe 1.01 and it gave me the same invalid save problem as the EvoX save. I'd like to get a mod done with this Action Replay only, I'd really like to not have to open the Xbox.
