I reformated my xbox hdd and copied replacement files via XBOX HDD Maker virtually with success.  But, post procedure the Evox temp replacement dash doesn't load and it appears that the exploit didn't get through (thus defeating the whole purpose of hotswapping).  The xbox boot process reaches the screen w/ the X graphic and M$ logo.  I think for some reason the Xbox BIOS wasn't replaced but the M$ dash was because the boot process won't go past the BIOS phase.  What can I do about this?  Thanks.
