Mount Iso From Dvd Possible With Nkpatcher?

i thought i had this great idea of making multi-game discs with the virtual cd tool from nkpatcher. turns out it won't work cos the real dvd drive is essentially disabled when an iso is mounted. is there any way i can make the real drive accessible like what u can do with shadow c ?
