From what I understand is that you will get banned but I don't know how they would be able to access the F: drive if the retail bios won't allow it (I'm not sure on a v1.6 so it might be possible) but as far as I know I can't really see why you wouldn't get banned if it's in the F: drive but in the E: as far as I know you will. It's up to you if you want to try it or you can wait to get a second opinion.
