if you still have the eeprom just build the hd from scratch. he'll lose his gamesaves but you'll get to keep your box wink.gif

The EEPROM & the HD's Serial Dictate the unique locking key.

Oh yeah btw, my xbox was already soft-modded with the ude exploit, so thats why i thought that by just copying over my c and e folders to his xbox would work, now i know i was wrong. i have slayers auto installer 2.6 would i be able to fix his xbox with that if i copied over the c drive to xboxhdm and then booted up that and copied the c drive from xboxhdm over to his xbox?.

Normally this would work, but there are some other specifics invloved. UXE Complete v0.2.1 will work on any xbox.
