Hi, I just received my friend xbox that he managed to lock both his original drive and his new upgraded drive manually, and now they wont unlock. I know how to use xboxhdm and normally just use the unlockhd -a w/ the eeprom on the cd..and i have a backup from evox of his eeprom, but it still wont pop, he must have keystoke errored when he locked it. Is there any recovery from this? Any program where i can manually enter the password to see if i can pop it, for some reason xboxhdm's option to unlockhd -p just says error, password not specified.
