Unlocking Hd, Pc Asks For Pass

I got an XBox hard disk, and the correct unlock code and even Eeprom, but when I try to start xboxhdm's unlocktools from a floppy, but before booting the floppy my PC tells me the disk is locked and asks for a password.

I need to enter 40 digits, but PC only accept 32.

How can I solve this?

N.B. - Boot order is : A:/DVD/HD/Order
       - I don't have the original Xbox it came from, so hot swap is no option either

I want to use this drive in TSOP flashed Xbox, so I need it unlocked.

I guess I could post it in the XBE exploit forum, as they need to lock their drives, but don't want to cross post.
