My buddy managed to lock both his new hd and the xbox hd by manually entering the key, and now he gets the error 6 screen. he is sending all of his stuff to me to try and repair. Does anyone know if xboxhdm will set a master password to xboxscene if you manually enter the password, i know that it will when i do hd's with the auto function. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, he managed to backup the entire c: partition and get the eeprom using evox, if he locked w/ a miskey, will using the correct key from the eeprom unlock?
