Upgrading Hd W/o A Desktop?

I have installed UXE using the memory card exploit and it works fine,but  now I wanna install a bigger HD problem is I dont have access to a desktop to connect the HD etc..Im stationed in Japan right now with Marines so all i have is a laptop and external firewire HD is there any to do this without a desktop?
