Stock Xbox - Red And Orange Flashing

Can any body tell me what the heck is going on here?   My unmodded (as in never opened before) xbox just stopped working.   It tries to boot 3 times then starts flashing orange/red.    When I move the xbox around it occasionally starts.   But move it again and it quits.  

All the posts i've read refer to modded xbox.  Can someone tell me what is happening to my xbox and a way to fix it?


PS. Please dont tell me to send it in, the warranty is already over.
