A Simple Question.

Hey everyone, I have a simple question. Can I transfer game saves without a memory card, by taking out the xbox hd and connect it to my pc? I have already opened my xbox, and it looks like it can be easily unscrewed and plugged into my pc. Sorry if it is a dumb question, but I need to know, thanks.

You'll need to hotswap the HD to your PC (Or just temporary unlock it with xboxhdm) and then copy your E:\ drive.

Gamesaves are on E:\ under UDATA, TDATA is usually configuration data, Xbox Live stuff, etc.

As for finding out what game is what inside the UDATA folder - you can figure that out yourself.

Usually you can open TitleMeta.XBX files in Notepad to see the names.
