Ltools Error 21 After Install

Alright I have v1 xbox with kern 4034 and dash 5639.  I downloaded and installed the ltools 007 1.75 gamesave hack.  I chose UDE2. MXM, Metoo.  Everything appears to work fine and it tells me it is safe to reboot.
However on boot I get error 21.  So I downloaded the kernal replacement for v1.0 xboxs (in a folder on xbins called (v1.0 problems) and tried it.  Same thing.

Any ideas what gives?
