Unlocked But Cant' Find Partition Table...

Ok i know it is unlocked now because in xboxhd it didnt  say my xbox drive is LOCKED ... so it must be unlocked but anyways when it boots up i can hear it reading the HD and then it says Drive Status Error Drive Read Error and something else i forget but am i close to successfully hot swaping?.

also it has like Sector 2 error LBA : 2 error 0x54
