xbox info

  • serial   : 6074594 34705
  • Kernel : 1.00.5101.01
  • Dash   : 1.00.5659.03
  • Flash   : W49F020T-90B
  • Video  :  Focus FS454
  • DVD    : Samsung, Model SDG-605
  • HD      : Segate ST310014ACE
I have been successfully do the exploit and TSOP as follow:

Step I. Hotswap and exploit using HDD_Driver and UXE-complete.
1.  Switch on the xbox and let it boot.
2.  Switch on PC and let Windows-XP boot completely.
3.  Remove the xbox IDE cable from the xbox HD and connect it to the PC IDE.
4.  Let Windows scan for new hardware.
5.  Start HDD_Driver. (recommended: make backup of xbox-HD)

Note: If HDD_Driver does not found your xbox HD try the next options:
. Load a game or film from the DVD-driver.
. Just push eject and leave the tray of the DVD-driver open.

Setup the UXE-complete exploite
6.  Rename folder "fonts" into "_fonts"
7.  Rename folders "xodash\media\Content" into "fonts\skin\Project Mayhem"
8.  Rename file "xboxdash.xbe" into "_xboxdash.xbe"
9.  Copy UXE-complete files "uxe-updatefonts62" or "uxe-updatefonts71"
to the just renamed corresponding folders.

Do next as preparation for the step II
10. Copy 'raincoat' and 'raincoat.conf' and 'bios.bin' to xbox C:\

That is it!
. recheck.
. powerof the xbox and PC.
. reconnect the xbox IDE cable to the xbox HD.
. power on the xbox and let UXE do the exploit!

Assuming:
. xbox and pc cover has been removed.
. the xbox video cable is connected to the xbox to be able to boot.
. no device connect to PC IDE cable IDE port 2
. the xbox has been power on for, let's say, atleast one minute.
. read the HDD_Driver information about errors, crash and retry.
. optional: rename x2_4983.67_256k.bin into bios.bin

Step II. TSOP using linux-live2.0, raincoat 0.7 and BIOS x2-4983.
1.  Create a boot CD-RW with xbox linux-live v0.2
2.  Telnet to 192.168.0.64 and enter 'root' as user and 'xbox' as password.
3.  run command : 'cd ../../media'  goto xbox harddisk
4.  run command : 'cd C'  goto driver C
5.  run command : './raincoat -p bios.bin' will programme X2-4983.67 to your flash

Assuming:
. step I completed and the xbox boot the UXE dash.
. PC an xbox are connected (networked).
. the xbox info at http://192.168.0.64 should be seen on the PC, while the xbox is running xbox linux-live boot CD-RW.
. use the correct BIOS file for the xbox.
