im have a xbox 1.6 with chip smartx and unleash dashboard !

im want to install a xdk to save screenshoots and virdeos of my xbox in any moment!

now im want to configure phoenix bios loader !

so lacks to install phoenix bios to loader!

but when I execute it is with the image all shuffled

why ?
